Our aim is to bring together all women and girls to contribute in building together our country through promoting empowerment skills and social project in order to end poverty among women and girls. Also to bring the population through its actions as first on its own efforts to improve the conditions of socio-economic and cultural life.

All members ATUA; of the entire population in general and particularly the urbanites (intervention area of ​​ATUA); unemployed youth and women unemployed or underemployed; associations involved in the collection and transport of waste to landfill areas respecting the gender concept; associations of demobilized former soldier rebels.

Effective and sustainable solutions to environmental problems unquestionably go through mobilization and awareness of all populations in need .It why we believe that:
• More or less 70% of the populations of ATUA the intervention areas will be sensitized on the preservation and protection of the environment, and thus the improvement of hygiene conditions and the fight against bacterial diseases;
• Over 90% of children ATUA's intervention will be preserved common environmental risks;
In short, all the people of these towns and their surroundings will benefit.
